NO-BAKE MANGO CHEESECAKE (RECIPE) BY MR.SHAZ

 


No-Bake Mango Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients;

Digestive Biscuits 2 big packet

Melted butter 1 tbps

Cream cheese 200 grams

Powdered sugar 2 tbps

Cold whipped cream ¼ cup

Mango puree 200 grams

Mango essence

Vanilla essence

Round ring

Foil paper


Direction;

 Break the biscuits and add them to a food processor and powder them

Add melted butter and evenly mix

Take round tin mold place foil at the bottom and wrap it all around the round

Place the powdered biscuits on the round tin and press them and make an even layer

Keep in the fridge for about 15 to 20 mins for the bottom crumb layer to set

Making middle and top layer of mango cheesecake

In a mixing bowl, take the cream cheese, mango, vanilla extract, sugar, and mango puree

With a wired whisk whip this mixture very well till smooth

In another mixing bowl take whipping cream and whip it till it becomes light and fluffy

Gently mix it with the cream cheese mixture

Pour the mango cream cheese mixture on to the biscuits crumb layer

Keep in the refrigerator for the mango cheesecake to set for 3 to 4 hours

Unmold carefully and then place the cheesecake on a serving tray or plate or cake stand

 Decorate with chopped mangoes and mint leaves.
